No amount of words could justify my lack of posts for the past several days.
Although I have enough words to make a post about Minecraft!
Minecraft. Mine – to mine. Craft – to make stuff. Mine + Craft = to mine and make stuff. It’s a game about mining and crafting. Makes sense, no?
You enter into the game, a world is created for you. You see the beautiful grass, the bright sun, the shimmering water, the tall trees, the vast ranges of mountains. You stroll around and play with the friendly fawna of sheep and pigs, cows and chickens. You pick some red and yellow flowers that one day they might be a beautiful addition to your future house. In fact, you decide that you make that house right now!
So you cut down some trees to make your basic tools. Pickaxe, shovel, a crafting table. With these you begin to start making your house, only to notice it was sundown and you have no means of light for the night.
You quickly search for a temporary shelter for the night! And while quickly and frantically searching a zombie came from behind you and killed you.
That my friends is Minecraft.
